Case Study - Booklet Printing

Challenge:  Produce a small quantity of booklets, quickly, with the balance to be produced in 10 days.  The customer was required, by law, to have the booklets in their customer’s hands by an impending deadline.

Roadblock:  The customer wanted to print a large quantity of booklets but needed to ship 500 (of the total) in 3 days.  Web press printing and 3 days of turnaround time generally don’t get mentioned in the same sentence.
